Loved our Stay at this home. Enough space for the Family, large pool area to enjoy with new Patio Loungers.
The Beds were very comfortable! The local Property Manager was very responsive.
All in all a very succesfull Vacation.

We stayed at this villa between 18 May and 15 June 2022. If this was your first villa stay I am sure you would be fairly happy with the house however, we have stayed in many villas over the years and found this one to be very disappointing. Firstly upon arrival we noticed many beer bottle lids scattered in the front garden so initial impression was not good. Disappointment unfortunately continued throughout the home and we immediately contacted the management company with our issues who replied fairly quickly to apologise. They didn’t, however, visit us until 6 days later to view our problems. These are some of the bigger issues. The bed linen in the 2nd master suite was not clean and the comforter was very heavily stained and absolutely disgusting so much so that we could not use this room. When the management company finally visited, they agreed this was unacceptable and immediately replaced this bed linen. The dirty bedding was not collected during our 4 week stay. Used bath water was left in one of the upstairs baths, the fridge freezer water filter and ice maker did not work and 2 of the drawers in the fridge were broken and had no fronts so our fridge storage was limited. The white dishes were all badly discoloured and was not pleasant to use, so much so that we had to resort to using the plastic plates etc. The pedal bin lid did not fit the bin and we were constantly worried about ants as a result of this. The chairs around the dining table were loose and wobbling and the bar stools were very heavily stained. The toothbrush holder in the main master suite had not been cleaned and we did not use. Mirrors in the master bedroom had not been wiped clean. Curtains in the living area were dirty. Worst of all was the outside space and given we were staying for 4 weeks, this presented a major issue for us. The rattan table and chairs were frayed and burst and the table had a hole where it had been melted. It was in very poor condition and there were only 5 torn chairs and no cushions. Two of the 3 sun loungers were broken and the cushions on the corner rattan sofa were filthy and burst. The actual patio area was disgusting. It was filthy, covered in blood stains and was full of cigarette stubs. This area obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Given the lack of action from the management company until the following week, we scrubbed the whole patio area with bleach and disinfectant ourselves so we could use it. When the management company finally visited the following week, they agreed this wasn’t acceptable and advised that new furniture was required however, apart from the bedding, not one of the issues were rectified during our 4 week stay. The Fusball table and pool cues were also broken so the games room couldn’t be used. On the whole, the villa quality and cleanliness was poor and given we had paid a significant amount of money for the rental, a refund of just over £200 by the management company was a very poor gesture of goodwill. One other point to mention which was entirely nothing to do with the management company but definitely worth knowing is the large house (rear neighbours) seems to be a party house with 3 of the 4 weekends we stayed being occupied by different families for the weekend duration only to party and disturb all other neighbours until the early hours of the morning. Not good when you are holidaying with small children. There was no security on site to prevent this despite 11.00 p.m. being the start of the “quiet time1”
I would definitely not recommend renting this property unless all the above issues are rectified. I am sure the homeowner would not be happy with the condition of his property. As mentioned above, I have visited Florida on many occasions and have stayed in Solterra and Solara resorts and the quality of these homes and their fittings are of a much higher standard. All that being said, despite the many issues with the villa, we still had a lovely vacation in Florida. One final thing to mention is the club house is closed and we were advised this is permanent.

Hi Elisabeth, as per our previous communications we do sincerely apologize for the issue you have encountered during your stay. As we had communicated with you during your stay, the only reason we were not able to come out right away was a family emergency for which we had to travel overseas as we usually always stop by right away if guests do have any concerns.
We did take care of the Linen (which should never had happened in the first place), Dining Chairs etc and also explained to you that the fridge drawer had been already ordered but was on back order.
There might be a few signs of wear and tear, like the small burn on the Patio Table, but owner is not able to replace hundreds worth of outdoor furniture because of a small spot if the table is otherwise fully functional and hope you can understand that.
The Patio Loungers have already been replaced as well as the Fridge Parts.
We do appreciate any comments and suggestions made by our guest and do apologize for any issues you think were not up to standard, the owner and us are doing our best to keep up with all the damages caused by guests and to provide a clean and comfortable home.
We did refund you $350.00 for the few inconveniences you had.
PS: We do not advertise any Clubhouse at this Community as there is none, only the Resort Pool.
The Listing also clearly states that there is No Ice Maker available.
