Guest Services:

As part of our ongoing high level customer service we offer:

- Pre-arrival home inspections - This ensures that your home is in top working order for your guests arrival. Express check-in – The guest can go straight to your home without needing to collect the keys

- 24hr Emergency line - a member of our friendly team is always available to help

- Whether it is a relaxing family vacation, honeymoon, or family reunion, we do our best to accommodate your guests and their needs. We know it is important for your guests to know they are dealing with a credible company that cares about their needs.

- Welcome (arrival) pack for guests upon request. This service can be provided and ranges in size and price. 

Maintenance:

Any necessary maintenance on your home will be carried out promptly and efficiently, to ensure that your home is in good working condition for your guests. This also includes the exchange of AC filters, the replacement of bulbs, batteries as and when needed. 

Bookings:

Florida Holiday Homes proudly provides homeowners with free advertising. The various means of marketing that we use, such as the internet and booking agents, mean that we reach a wide audience from all around the world, to ensure that we supply you with as many bookings for your home as possible. 

Owner Portal:

Owners have direct access to their account online. Here they can monitor the booking calendar and review their monthly statements of account. 

Accounting/Licenses

Detailed monthly statement including all service bills, Sales and Tourist tax payments as well as

We will promptly pay all property related expenses as designated by the homeowners, such as State and County licensing and taxes, electric, water, cable, and telephone.

License renewal and payment 

Pool Service (starting at $85/monthly)

Our fully qualified and licensed pool technician will ensure that your pool is kept sparkling clean and that all equipment is maintained to the highest levels. The weekly service also includes the cleaning of the pool deck and the deck furniture.

Pressure washing of pool deck and furniture recommended semi-annual upon request 

Lawn Service (starting at $80/monthly)

Our professional lawn service will ensure that your garden has that manicured look to maintain the beautiful outward appearance of your home. Garden mulching and landscaping upon request 

Pest Control:

Due to Florida’s semi-tropical climate conditions, your home is treated on a monthly basis for pest control. If a house goes untreated, ants, spiders and cockroaches soon find their way into your property. Please note Monthly Pest control does not cover Bed Bugs, Termites or German Roaches which might need special treatments. 

Cleaning (depending on size of home):

Our cleaners are professional and efficient. They will ensure that after each guest your home is in pristine condition. They will also carry out an inventory of all necessary items in the house after each guest leaves 

Fire Extinguishers:

In keeping with Florida laws governing short-term rental homes, we ensure that your home is fitted with the appropriate fire extinguisher(s). We will ensure that the fire extinguisher is serviced and re-tagged annually.
